Terms and Conditions

1. All of the online courses that are now offered are meant to help lash artists who are already qualified to advance their skills.
2. Without prior certification, completing the top-up online courses does not grant the legal authority to provide any kind of lash extension services.
3. The online course and its manuals are copyright-protected, and you are only allowed to get a single-user licence. This means that you cannot duplicate, distribute, sell, or record any of the course's content, including pictures and video lessons, or allow anyone else access to your classrooms. These kinds of acts are considered criminal offences. Valeria’s Education will monitor any suspicious activity, and we fully reserve the right to immediately and without warning or money return block a student's access in case that our terms and conditions are violated.
4. Every student is expected to treat their instructor and the entire Valeria’s Education team with kindness and respect. We reserve the right to cancel the training, restrict access to the course without issuing refunds, and/or decline to offer any further support or communication following the course. Rude, aggressive, or abusive behaviour will not be accepted.
5. No part of Valeria’s Education Academy materials, workbooks, handouts, or other publications must not be duplicated/ copied or used for purposes other than personal use. All content is protected by copyright from the academy and cannot be duplicated in any way.
6. The training and course materials from Valeria’s Education Academy should not be used to interpret the law. No liability is assumed by Valeria’s Education Academy for acts of its clients or third parties who access the course materials, or for any damages resulting from reliance on the course material.
7. After the date of purchase, all online courses expire in three to four months.
8. Refunds are not available after the online course or product registration and payment has been completed.
